Glad you’re here again!
Today you’re going to find out how you can style a spring (party) dress in 3 different ways. I challenge you to do the same thing with a spring dress in your closet! You can share your experience on facebook or IG with the hashtag #enroutestyling That would be fun! :) We all want to look fabulous for occasions such as weddings, birthday parties…, but often you buy an outfit that you'll wear only once or twice. That’s because you categorize that item as ‘party oufit’ & don’t really know what else to do with it.
If you can relate to all of the above, I have good news for you! Because it’s possible to dress a partydress down! All you have to do is take a step back & look at the different options. Is it a dress you can wear with another pair of shoes? Or maybe with a jacket?
To give you some inspiration I combined a soft pink spring dress with completely different items & even covered up a part of the dress. Everything is possible. This silky pink dress from & Other Stories is an elegant dress, but if you get a bit creative it can be a lot more!
The actual party look! I am going to a party in a few weeks & this is going to be my outfit (+ back up flats). Nothing flashy, just a nude sandal and a small burgundy bag. In this case less is more.
This a a very casual outfit. Perfect for a day out, visiting a friend, going out for groceries or to have drink in town! Sneakers make the outfit instant casual, but it’s the jeansshirt that does the magic! Thank god for jeans shirts. You can use them in so many ways. You can wear it in a knot for a casual look and a more defined waist. This is my favorite way to style it with a dress!
This last combo is an indian summer look. Makes you want to go on a holiday, doesn’t it? Hello sunshine! This is a perfect outfit for late night summer drinks or holiday strolls. The slippers are simple, but the metallic finish lightens up the outfit. Hope you got some inspiration to start getting creative yourself.
